Insurance Currently in Force
Worker’s compensation general liability and automobile insurance is typically maintained in force in an amount of $2,000,000 with an excess liability coverage umbrella of $10,000,000. Optech’s existing insurance coverage also includes Pollution Liability Coverage for our projects of up to $5,000,000 to cover environmental fines if there are any acts of negligence by our staff. Thankfully, we have never had occasion to file a claim under that policy.
